Return and refund policy
At Heritage Glitch, each product is printed specially for you after you place an order. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, colour preferences, or change of mind.
However, we’ve got your back if something goes wrong.
✅ We offer replacements/refunds if:
• You receive a damaged product
• You receive a wrong item or wrong design
• The print is misaligned or defective
Return and refund policy
At HERITAGE GLITCH, every product is printed on demand specifically for you! Because each item is custom-made, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

Reporting Window: Claims must be submitted within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order.

Mandatory Requirement: To process a claim, you must provide an unboxing video and clear photos showing the defect and the original packaging.

Exclusions: We cannot offer replacements for items damaged during the opening of the package (e.g. cuts from scissors or blades).
2. Sizing and Change of Mind
Because our products are custom-printed upon order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.
* Please refer carefully to our Size Chart before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

Minor colour variations between your screen and the final print are a normal part of the digital printing process and are not considered defects.
3. Non-Delivery & Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, we can reship the item to you; however, additional shipping charges will apply.

Items returned to our warehouse will be held for 30 days, after which they will be donated or recycled if reshipping is not arranged.
4. How to Start a Claim
To report a damaged item, please email us at heritageglitch@gmail.com with the following information:

The Unboxing Video.

High-resolution photos of the defective area.

• Wrong size ordered
• Slight colour differences due to screen settings
• Normal wear and tear
