Return and refund policy

At Heritage Glitch, each product is printed specially for you after you place an order. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, colour preferences, or change of mind.

However, we’ve got your back if something goes wrong.

✅ We offer replacements/refunds if:

• You receive a damaged product
• You receive a wrong item or wrong design
• The print is misaligned or defective

 

Return and refund policy

At HERITAGE GLITCH, every product is printed on demand specifically for you! Because each item is custom-made, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Reporting Window: Claims must be submitted within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order.

  • Mandatory Requirement: To process a claim, you must provide an unboxing video and clear photos showing the defect and the original packaging.

  • Exclusions: We cannot offer replacements for items damaged during the opening of the package (e.g. cuts from scissors or blades).

2. Sizing and Change of Mind

Because our products are custom-printed upon order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.

* Please refer carefully to our Size Chart before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

  • Minor colour variations between your screen and the final print are a normal part of the digital printing process and are not considered defects.

3. Non-Delivery & Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, we can reship the item to you; however, additional shipping charges will apply.

  • Items returned to our warehouse will be held for 30 days, after which they will be donated or recycled if reshipping is not arranged.

4. How to Start a Claim

To report a damaged item, please email us at heritageglitch@gmail.com with the following information:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. The Unboxing Video.

  3. High-resolution photos of the defective area.

• Wrong size ordered
• Slight colour differences due to screen settings
• Normal wear and tear
