1. Processing & Production Time
Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand model, we don't have "stock" sitting on a shelf. Every order is custom-printed just for you.

Production Time: Please allow 2β4 business days for us to print, quality check, and pack your order.

During peak seasons or holidays, production may take an extra 1β2 days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines
We ship all over India using trusted courier partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, and Xpressbees.

Shipping Charges: Flat shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your package's journey.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer COD services for limited pin codes across India.

Please ensure you are available to receive the call from the delivery executive.

Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to us and could affect your ability to place COD orders in the future.
4. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Orders
Please double-check your delivery address and mobile number.

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, we can reship it to you. However, a reshipping fee will apply.

We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Hidden Charges
The price you see at checkout is the final price. All applicable GST and taxes are included or clearly stated before you pay. There are no additional "surprise" charges upon delivery.
